• Built above the required FEMA flood elevation
• Ancillary buildings restored to their original use
• Fitness Center and Tennis Pro Shop remain as is
• Site work includes minimal modifications to the parking lot as required by code: no additional acreage gained at this time
• Design allows a more functional floor plan for improved operational efficiency and superior member experience
