RG Architects, P.A. designed for the Lee County Government, the new Transfer/Multi-Modal Park & Ride. Seven canopied bus bays, a covered waiting area, public restrooms and technology driven amenities were included. The site also features proportionate parking and space for bicycle storage, connections for pedestrians and access for those with limited mobility.

Work was performed under the Continuing Architectural Services Contract for Lee County Government. This project provided all labor, materials, permits, inspections and re-inspections fees, tools, equipment, transportation, insurance, supervision and incidental items essential for the construction of the Lee-Tran South County Park and Ride / Transfer Station.
