Leonhardt Hall, a 47-year-old, two-story, 35,000 SF building, required renovation of all mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) infrastructure, as well as the chemistry, biology, physics and science labs. In addition, the roof and windows required replacement.
The project included organic chemistry, biology, physics, oceanography, and marine science labs, as well as faculty research labs on the upper floor with classrooms, administrative offices and a 100-seat lecture hall on the ground floor.
