​This project for the Presbyterian Homes & Housing Foundation, was aimed at providing affordable rental housing for the senior community in Lehigh Acres. This project consists of a new multi-family building between three to four stories, high and 52 living units.

The design of the project was to split the building into three wings, this allowed us to capitalize on 360-degree view of the surrounding context and natural day lighting. Considering senior living, we focused on social interaction between the residents by including a central core with a community room and state-of-the-art amenities in shared spaces on all three floors.
