​This project for the Presbyterian Homes & Housing Foundation, was aimed at providing affordable rental housing for the senior community in Lehigh Acres. This project consists of a new multi-family building between 3- to 4-stories high and 52 living units.

The design of the project was to split the building into three wings, this allowed us to capitalize on 360-degree view of the surrounding context and natural day lighting. Considering senior living, we focused on social interaction between the residences including a central core with a community room and state-of-the-art amenities in shared spaces on all three floors.
