Chase Wooley brings over 5 years of experience in architecture, specializing in design development, construction documents, site visits, field reports, permitting, and construction administration. He has worked on Educational, Institutional, and Commercial projects, and has also participated in an urban design workshop focusing on the Interstate 49 project for Lafayette, Louisiana.
Chase's interest in architecture was sparked during college orientation, where he was captivated by the intricate models used in architecture. This led him to change his major and pursue a career in architecture.
His focus is on the preparation of construction documents, and he is also expanding into construction administration duties. Chase enjoys guiding clients, helping them develop their ideas and streamline the project direction.
He excels at delivering client-focused solutions through effective communication and problem-solving. Chase is dedicated to challenging the idea that the construction phase needs to be difficult for clients, and his approachable nature encourages collaboration between all parties involved in the construction process. Having been involved in the renovation of Fort Myers Technical College, Chase embraces dynamic problem-solving challenges.
He draws inspiration from historical design and architecture, finding motivation in construction details and creative material usage. Outside of work, Chase enjoys model railroading, singing, and history, and spends his weekends playing frisbee golf.
